Purchase, license, refund, and use terms for Isle Hacks products and islehacks.org.
Agreement
Last updated: October 2026. By using islehacks.org or completing checkout for any product listed here, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
What you purchase
We sell access to The Isle software listed on the store page. Plans are Monthly ($35, P30D) and Lifetime ($150, P99Y), billed in USD.
Feature lists describe what is included at the time of publication. Modules can change when The Isle or Easy Anti-Cheat updates.
Checkout and delivery
Payment and license delivery run on external checkout pages. islehacks.org does not process or store payment card numbers.
After purchase, follow the setup instructions provided in the checkout flow before launching The Isle.
License use
Licenses are for your personal use only. Do not share loader files, portal logins, or license keys.
Refunds and purchases
All sales are final once checkout completes. We do not refund change-of-mind purchases, account penalties, or issues caused by ignoring setup notes or launching while status indicates the build is unavailable.
If the product does not work as described on a supported setup—The Isle Evrima on Windows 10/11, current access from checkout, and status not showing an outage when you started—contact us through the Support page. Include your order email, Windows version, game branch, and screenshots or exact error text.
We may, at our discretion, offer a fix, replacement access, or partial/full refund when we confirm a fault on our side. We are not obligated to approve every request.
Availability and risk
Third-party tools for The Isle can conflict with game updates and Easy Anti-Cheat. You use this software at your own risk, including possible account action.
Check the status page before every session. Do not launch while a build is marked unavailable after a patch.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
